Amazing location not far from the available activities and Ha Long Bay and the most beautiful areas of the bay. Also, on the edges of the beautiful limestone. Comfy bed, nice and good room with a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe...

The hotel was in a great location short walk to another pier, Titop island which has excellent views of the bay from the top and lots of different caves.

It has excellent personnel and absolutely fabulous rooms with big size bathrooms. The view of the bay is nice.

Our stay at Royal Palace Cruise was a dream come true. The boat was full of character and the staff made us feel right at home. The meals were absolutely amazing, and the location was like a slice of heaven on earth. Beautiful and wonderful units with Jacuzzi bath, private balcony, as example, and the staff were lovely. The location for Ha Long was stunning, just next door to two caves and a climb up tiptop mountain, an overprized shop and the pier.

As bike riders, we loved the opportunity to explore the beautiful bay on the kayaking tour. The staff on the cruise were friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable.
